2. Drink, drink, drink. Natural juices and milk can be very nice, but remember that you have 8-10 glasses of water every day you will need to keep from getting dehydrated. Alcoholic beverages and sugary drinks should be avoided whenever possible.
3. Good fats. People read “fat” and immediately think of why it might be good. Saturated fats and trans fats are not good for you. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are good. You can also bad fats fast food because they use extremely high amounts of butter, fat palm oil, coconut oil, stick margarine and vegetable. Olive, sunflower, rapeseed, sesame, soybean and corn makes good fats and are also tasty. Avocado, some nuts, peanut butter, fatty fish, tofu and soy milk are good fats.
4. Give in. Most diets do not work because of a logical reason to restrict you. People generally do not like to be limited, especially when it comes to the food they eat. Treat yourself occasionally, say once a week. Reward yourself for a job well done. Eating a serving of ice cream and mix a few pieces of fruit. Eat your favorite foods and make a healthy meal or snack.
Finally, do not forget that a factor can be directly developed and healthy eating. If you are overweight, does not mean you eat healthy. On the other hand, if you only eat fruit and vegetables, does not mean that you have a healthy diet. Healthy food is very subjective.
